First look: Tea House Noodles

Tea House Noodles’ self-described “quick food” is not to be confused with “fast food.” The small, mainly carry-out restaurant started up 14 years ago to offer a healthy alternative to “fast food,” serving up fresh, low-fat rice and noodle bowls, served with a variety of different sauces. Everything on the menu is low-fat and never fried, so you actually feel good about eating there. With a downtown location and now one in Murray Hill, the restaurant has loyal fans spread throughout the city.
