Former owner of the Town Fryer, Susie Porter has brought her popular menu of fried goodies to the Agora. The Backstage Cafe is the Agora's newest venture—an eatery open for both lunch and dinner along with all shows at the Agora. The menu still offers all of the Town Fryer's favorites, but now with a bigger kitchen and bigger dining area, Porter can experiment and expand her offerings. Signature dishes include Porter's fried chicken and red beans and rice.
