Phil the Fire, which closed roughly seven years ago as a result of some poor financial mishandlings and bad business deals, has reopened in Beachwood inside the Fairfield Inn. Known for its locally-famous chicken and wafflers, Clevelanders' mouths collectively watered when word spread the popular eatery had resurfaced in Cleveland.
