For those who thought 29 different kinds of grilled cheese sandwiches were not enough, the Melt Bar and Grilled offers 30 different kinds of grilled cheese gooeyness. Kudos to the chef for taking a staple comfort food item and creating a funky bistro around it. Exposed brick and an original tin ceiling adds to the artsy–cool environment.
