Atmosphere

With dim lighting, ocean-blue walls and Jamaican music, Rachel's provides an easy escape from the frigid Cleveland winter. David Sterling originally hails from Jamaica, which accounts for the large number of beautiful Jamaican beach photographs lining the walls, as well as the Bob Marley poster next to the bar. With only 12 tables, the restaurant gives off a comfortable and intimate vibe, so it's certainly not the place to go for a wild night out on the town.
