Part of what makes Eddie’s run so smoothly is the longevity of the staff. Most employees have been there for several years—some have been with the restaurant almost since its inception in 1992. The Harpers’ enthusiasm for their work clearly rubs off on the rest of the staff, who genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. “It’s a family business, a family environment here,” said Matt Harper. “The employees are the face of this business—they’re so critical to our success.”
