Bubba’s décor draws from its roots from southern simplicity. The front parking lot is unpaved, and the dining room itself is nothing more than a large, peaked room with a plain metal roof. Again, you’re here for the food—not the flair. That’s not to say Bubba doesn’t exude a bit of his personality on his namesake. The walls are littered with Browns paraphernalia (pennants, signed jerseys, helmets) that harkens to the good times of yesteryear. The resulting ambiance, like the food, is oh-so comforting.
