Weber’s Premium Custard and Ice Cream
Weber’s is like a time machine for your taste buds. The ice cream shop is known for its old-fashioned custard, and its smooth and creamy vanilla is the most popular flavor ($3 for one scoop). It’s made with machines originally used at Euclid Beach Park—so it’s certainly authentic. Also popular is the frosted malt custard, made the same way Higbee’s department store made them decades ago.
