Expressway Diner

Now we're classing it up a bit. Old Brooklyn isn't really a suburb, but at times it feels like one. The Expressway embodies that with a tidily retro look—from its '50s style exterior to the automotive and vintage rock n' roll memorabilia inside. Because it's one of the few eateries in this neighborhood that isn't fast food, the Expressway is also a stop for hungry families, Sunday churchgoers, and Joe-and-Jane Sixpack looking for a hearty breakfast fix. If you're in that nether zone between Cleveland and Parma, the Expressway is your pitstop. Keep in mind though that the all-night hours extend only on Friday and Saturdays.
