Cleveland diner mini guide

As we enter into the thick of this country's election season, let's not forget that most democratic of American institutions—the diner. For no matter how drunk, stupid, ugly or down-on-your-luck you might be, there's a diner for you out there, pal. Other restaurants might turn up their noses at your demeanor or your attire. However, if you're good for at least one or two cups of coffee, a diner will embrace you, like our Statue of Liberty brings in those huddled, yearning masses. What happens when you take your seat, however, is another issue. That is why we've whipped out this quick-and-dirty (just a few diners we've known) guide to select 24-hour eateries in the area.
