Atmosphere
The restaurant itself is an homage to a stately World War II era French farmhouse, spotlighting pictures, artifacts and memorabilia of the Bomb Group—we had an autographed photo of Colon Powell just over our shoulder.
While the restaurant consistently gives off a distinct air of sophistication, the ambiance changes throughout the day. Come for lunch, and the massive wall of windows facing the airport lets in the sun, giving the eatery a light, bistro-esque feel. Dinner patrons get a markedly different experience, romantically dining by soft candle light (and the colorful glow of Hopkins Airport) after the sun has set.
