Food
Like most high-class establishments, steaks and seafood are the main staples at the 100th Bomb Group. The dinner menu boasts just about every cut of beef you can imagine, all cooked to order and skillfully plated. We were only able to resist the sizzling steak—a USDA prime steak served with mushrooms, bell peppers, onion sauté and red wine sauce ($24.95)—just long enough to take this picture.
Going the seafood route? Bust out the credit card and order up the phenomenal cold water Australian lobster tail ($45.95). The monstrous tail is served with drawn butter, garlic mashed potatoes and and a fresh veggie of your choice.
