Relocating from Richmond Heights to Solon, Shinano is a Japanese restaurant that features a popular sushi bar and a full menu, which also includes many vegetarian meals. Sushi house specialties include Chad’s roll (king crab, shrimp, avocado and mayo with tobiko), rock-n-roll (negi hamachi, tuna, smoked salmon, masago) and volcano (inside out California with broiled scallop, octopus, mayo and tobiko). Serving lunch and dinner, this restaurant recommends making reservations. If you're feeling classy, order a glass of plum wine to go with your meal. If you're feeling wild, order a sake bomb. We promise, it's worth it.
