The Melting Pot offers a menu as diverse as its namesake as well as the do-it-yourself fun of fondue. In addition to its wide range of cheese fondue dishes, which run $14, the menu features a culinary potpourri that combines a wealth of options. The seafood trio unites shrimp, scallops and fresh filet for $18 and the center cut dish features filet mignon seasoned with gorgonzola port. The restaurant's myriad sauces are the real strength here and a familiar staple may take on a totally new flavor in the Melting Pot's fondue dishes.
