Gordon Square Arts District welcomes new Latin eatery

Following in the footsteps of Stone Mad, Luxe and Latitude 41 N, La Boca is the latest creation of trendy spots to emerge along the once forgotten Detroit Shoreway.
June marked the reopening of the West 58th corner that formally housed Snicker’s and, most recently, Krazy Mac’s. The footsteps set by these predecessors are merely that—a path to new beginnings in an area that continues to gain attention. The Gordon Square Arts District was seemingly left behind with the dominance of Tremont and Ohio City as the new hot spots for Cleveland foodies.
Now, the on-going restoration of the neighborhood has added another unique dining experience to a lineup that could easily contend for a Cleveland “battle of the bistros."
