Service
Service at Dari Delite is a minimalist affair. Much of that stems from the fact that your interaction with the servers is extremely limited. You walk up to the window, place your order, pay the bill and the server brings you your treat. The whole interaction takes no more than two minutes.
But while the exchange is brief, you’d still expect some normal pleasantries, right? Guess again. The primarily teenage staff shuffles lifelessly from workstation to window without as much as an acknowledging smile. You can practically hear them counting down the minutes until their shift ends. Don’t get us wrong. We’re not looking for intimate conversations here. But a friendly, “How are you doing today?” or a “Thanks for stopping by!” could go a long way.
