There's no beating around the bush about it folks—Crop Bistro is an absolute delight. Opened in June of 2007, Steve Schimoler brought this little gem to Cleveland flourishing from his gift of researching and developing meal products for major restaurant and grocery chains.
With a test kitchen in the basement of Crop, Schimoler is constantly working on new items to present to the public and uses the bistro as a customized restaurant operation platform (hence, the CROP acronym). Lucky guests are treated to an absolutely fascinating menu that is ever evolving.
