If St. Patrick’s Day and Cinco de Mayo fell on the same day, it would probably look something like Loco Leprechaun. The Irish cantina-Mexican pub combines the best of both worlds, serving up an interesting mish mash of ethnic flavors that are slightly odd and deceivingly good. Take the Loco Nachos with Corned Beef, for example. The appetizer features a monstrous heap of tricolor tortilla chips smothered with melted cheeses and then topped with a mile-high heap of savory corned beef.
