Hot on the Web: This not-great-quality video from Madonna's Sunday rehearsals in Tel Aviv, where she seamlessly segued from singing her own Express Yourself song into Lady Gaga's Born This Way.
Is she trying to reignite the controversy that surrounded the song when it came out?
Gaga told Jay Leno on the Tonight Show last year that Madonna sent her "love and complete support" about the fact that her new song sounded so similar to Madonna's 1989 hit.
Madonna told Newsweek at the time that when she first heard the Born This Way, she felt is was a "wonderful way to redo my song. I recognized the chord changes, I thought it was ... interesting."
Madge didn't mention it on Twitter, but MadonnaWorld did post photos from the rehearsals. And Gaga has been busy performing in Singapore, tweeting on Monday, "Tonight was magical Singapore. Hot sweaty dance hall. I had such an amazing show, thank you for all your love! Xoxo kisses and #gagahugs."
Madonna's World Tour kicks off Thursday at Ramat Gan Stadium in Tel Aviv. (Let us know if she performs it in the show!) The tour will run through Europe until mid-August, before hitting North American for dates starting Aug. 28 in Philadelphia.
