Picture this: It's 8:30 a.m. on the Saturday morning Ohio State takes on Toledo at Cleveland Browns Stadium for the 2009 First Merit Patriot Bowl. West 6th Street is lined with beer tents, scarlet and gray jerseys and lots of loud music. We're not a football town are we?
The tailgate was wild. The game was even wilder with the Buckeyes beating the Rockets 38-0. And, the partying that happened after the game...even wilder yet!
