Cleve-Lens: Lakewood Wing Crawl
Along with hundreds of other wing fanatics, Metromix crawled through a spicy Lakewood on Saturday for the fourth annual Pillars of Lakewood Wing Crawl. Twelve participating bars multiplied by six wings at each stop equaled one big pile of wet naps, not to mention some burnt tongues.
In the end, Harry Buffalo walked away with the coveted title of "Best Wings in Lakewood" after winning people's choice for both best buffalo wings and best open flavor as well as the judge's choice for best buffalo wings. McCarthy's Ale House also garnered some notoriety, winning judge's choice for best open flavor.
