Emerging Chefs: Dinner and Den Sum
On Thursday, dozens of Clevelanders beared the cold wind and rain to partake in the custom dining experience, Dinner and Den Sum.
The inaugural event was hosted by Emerging Chefs, a new Cleveland-based firm that specializes in creating unique events around Cleveland's talented chefs and culinary trends.
For $40 per person, attendees enjoyed unlimited eats, drinks, music and a cool set up on a closed section of East Sixth Street.
Chris Hodgson, the chef and owner of the popular food truck Dim and Den Sum, was the evening's featured chef, preparing gourmet meals inside his truck. Thursday night's menu included tomato bisque, braised pork, skirt steak and chicken—a menu that definitely impressed the crowd.
Emerging Chefs will host another dining event in November—time and date to be determined. We promise to keep you posted. Until then, click through our photos to see who was "flashed" at Dinner and Den Sum.
