Blossom Time 2010
If you're from Chagrin Falls, you know the Blossom Time Festival. If you’re not from the area, picture this: downtown Cleveland on St. Patrick’s Day smack dab in the middle of a small town. That’s Blossom Time!
Front yards become party centers. The streets become a parade route. The town becomes a carnival and an entire community comes together to celebrate.
And it all happened Sunday at the Blossom Time Parade in downtown Chagrin Falls. This was just one of the many Memorial weekend festivities that made up the annual festival.
