Cleve-Lens: Detroit Shoreway Streetscape Festival

Saturday may have been cold and rainy, but that didn't stop hundreds of Clevelanders from celebrating the completion of the Detroit Shoreway's streetscape project. The festivities kicked off with a balloon launch hosted by Mayor Frank Jackson. Then, came a day of cornhole, sand volleyball, traditional dragon dance, live music and more.
