The otherwise docile Bela Dubby coffee shop transforms into an uproarious laugh factory known only as the Chucklefuck. The event is a free, open-mic-style affair, where local funnymen and funnywomen crack wise in 10-minute intervals as the affable Jim Tews plays host. Though the talent and delivery of each comic may vary, the presentation is often funny and consistently packed with as much sexual humor as the event’s name alludes.
