Friendly Canton pub stays true to Irish roots

This decade has seemingly featured a new insurgence of Irish-themed bars and restaurants; popping up in every neighborhood, strip mall and vacant bar space. Some offer in your face Irish authenticity boasting all the libations from across the pond, 24-hour Riverdance-esque music and brick-a-brack from the windows to the walls. Others seem to be simply a corner bar with just an Irish name, sometimes with no sign of even a Guinness. Yet, as these far left and right establishments fight to survive in a supersaturated niche market; some pubs that remain just simply Irish from their roots have stood the test of time.
