Yumm at Mercury Lounge
Mark Cleland, sous chef at North End Market in Hudson, prepares a chicken satay with curry cotton candy during "Yumm," a special food tasting event organized and hosted by stovemonkeys.com founder Matt Mytro, held at Mercury Lounge. Chefs presented unique featured snacks including chicken satays with curry cotton candy, exploding berries, tempura egg yolks and liquid nitrogen poached ice cream.
