Santacon 2010
Santacon is more than idea … it's a way to celebrate the Christmas spirit with some pizzazz. On Saturday, dozens of bar crawlers started at the McNulty's Bier Markt and hit a few of the Ohio City hotspots like ABC Tavern, Great Lakes Brewing Co and Market Avenue Wine Bar.
The only requirement … dress like Santa, Mrs. Claus … basically anything with Christmas cheer. What came out of that was so much more, and the Metromix cameras captured it all.
We saw the usual classy Santa outfits, but also got Santa's sexy helpers, fake mustaches and beards, elves, lit-up candy canes, necklaces made out of Christmas lights, beer and shot-holding utility belts, Christmas carols and a whole lot of holiday cheer.
