Pigskin Classic 2010
Two big things happened on Saturday…
The Ohio State Buckeyes crushed the Michigan Wolverines in one of the biggest annual college rivalries of all time. And, Cleveland celebrated with a massive tailgate party on West 6th Street!
The sixth annual Pigskin Classic took place just as it does every year…hundreds of runners gather to participate in a 5K race and hundreds of tailgaters congregate to well….drink beer. Everyone has a good time.
This year’s theme was “Fear the Vest.” So, naturally the crowd donned their Jim Tressel sweater vest tees. The Blind Pig, Liquid and Dive Bar all set up shop outside grilling and serving drinks. The festivities officially ended as soon as the game started, but, of course, people made their way into the bars and kept partying to cheer the Buckeyes on to victory.
All together now…OH-IO!
