American Dream at Rock Bottom Brewery

Skinny: Rock Bottom's summer brew, American Dream, was tapped on June 5. The medium-bodied ale was brewed with Amarillo hops from Yakima Valley. The strong, hoppy brew has distinct fruit and citrus flavors that are balanced by 2-row and Munich malts. I'd elaborate on the 2-row and Munich malts ... but I'm not exactly sure what it means. This very hoppy brew should be sipped unless you are a hop lover and can handle it. This girl couldn't. It took me about an hour to finish the tasty beverage.
