When a big man like Shaquille O'Neal comes to town, all 7-foot-1-inch of him, a big party is in order. That's what occurred at Shaq's official "Welcome to Cleveland Celebration" Sunday night at the Barley House. The lines were long, the bar was packed and everyone was looking their best for the red carpet, which featured celebrities such as Bernie Kosar, Josh Cribbs, Kelly Pavlick, Mo Williams and the toast of the town, Shaq.
