Formerly Mullen's Bar, Mullens on Madison has reinvented itself into a neighborhood bar with a mini art gallery situated in the back. Pop Shop Gallery owner Rich Cihlar and gallery director Jeff Hulligan renovated the space with warm colors and pop culture murals making it a unique yet laid-back place for patrons.
