Since 2002, the Winchester has been one of the hippest, and definitely most comfortable, old school music halls in the Cleve.  Home to some of the more independent and offbeat bands and artists—no pop headliners here—the tavern also hosts acoustic open mic nights on Thursdays that a concert isn't scheduled.  While the full bar dishes out mixed drinks and beer, you have to get your wine fix elsewhere ... For one reason or another, the Winchester's liquor license doesn't permit it.
