Cadillac Ranch is a Southwest-themed bar and grill featuring country, rock and party music, an ultra-popular mechanical bull and a multitude of plasma TVs throughout.
Open for lunch, dinner and late night fun, Cadillac Ranch offers a huge menu highlighted by Southwestern steaks, overstuffed sandwiches and burgers, pasta dishes and more. The restaurant is also home to the East 4th Street entertainment district's largest outdoor patio, which overlooks Public Square.
