The Public House fits the name perfectly as a meeting place for the close-knit neighborhood of West Park. But, instead of being a place to discuss local political issues (which probably does happen, but no motions are made or laws passed), this Lorain Avenue venue serves as a location for friends to meet to drink, eat, talk and laugh.
The Public House is a no-frills neighborhood pub that has your typical beer and liquors, while offering a menu heavily slanted toward Irish fare that's nothing spectacular, but will calm your appetite.
