During Happy Hour, only one bartender kept watch over both sides of the bar, yet she did so keenly with charm, always checking up on patrons and making honest martini recommendations (she gave fair warning about the Funky Monkey martini sugar rush). For a woman who probably hears her share of inappropriate monkey euphemisms, my bartender was pretty upbeat and friendly.
