Libations
For those beer snobs who have rejected the mainstream and find themselves roaming the Earth looking for acceptance, Spitfire is a welcome home. Boasting a list of more than 80 options, there is something for the punk elite and the college frat boy.
Imports include Leffe, Delerium and almost the entire line of Unibroue. All the best microbrews are here too; Stone, Bells and Brooklyn to name a few. Prices range from $3 to $4.50, which is economical for the industry standard. Want to shell out even less or just get back to your dorm room roots? “Poor boy” cans of Beast, Natty and many others are available for only $1.50.
Happy Hour occurs everyday from 3 to 9 p.m. with $1 off anything normally priced over $2. Sundays offer $2 pours of Beam, Mondays feature PBR bottles for $1.25, and those “Poor Boy” cans even go on sale every Tuesday for only a buck.
Liquor more your beverage of choice? Of course there’s a full bar and even some hard to find hardcore bottles. Absolut and Stoli 100 proof jump out immediately. The word “martini” probably isn’t part of the language here so if you dare, you might find yourself riding the bedazzled big-wheels hanging in the entrance home that evening.
