Fat Head's, Pittsburgh's Southside brewpub hot spot, now has a second gastropub in North Olmsted and its very own hoppy family of craft brews.
Matt Cole, an award-winning veteran brewer of Penn Brewery and Rocky River Brewing Company, continues to create beer against the grain (and with it, of course) as Fat Head's master brewer.
