I LOVE Brother's Lounge!!! The renovations they did are incredible. You are pleasantly surprised once you step inside. It's much larger than it appears. They have live music 7 days a week and they have a charming outdoor seating area in the back. Everything I've ever ordered to eat has been amazing! The only issue with the place is that the wine bar is hard to find if you don't enter through the main wine bar door off 116th. To find it inside the bar there is a walk thru in the Pub bar that is between the bar and the kitchen. If you don't know it's there you'd never find it.
The owners are very down to earth and you'll find one or both of them there every night. This has become my new hang out and I love that you have 3 different venues depending on your mood that day. The crowd is a bit of an older crowd (30+) which is a nice change from all the 'college ID night' bars that line Detroit Ave.
